Due to our proprietary fully dense particles and novel dispersion chemistry, Nanophase Cerium Oxide polishing slurries enable you to achieve process results that are not possible with other standard polishing compounds.  Tests performed by Nanophase engineers in our optical polishing lab and by customers in their own facilities have consistently demonstrated improved outcomes compared to our competitors.

In this test, Nanophase slurry achieved 2-3x better flatness and 2x better roughness than  competitor slurries, even when the competitor slurries were given 30% more polishing time.
